Have you ever wondered just what you get for joining a national organization devoted solely to AD/HD?

How to Join or Renew
Please note that you must affliate with the Greater Chattanooga Area Chapter - #464 to gain access to our local chapter benefits. There are 4 easy ways to join - take your pick!
1. CALL!! Request ADD, AD/HD information packet by calling our chapter InfoLine at 423-876-1241 (membership application included)
2. VISIT!! Attend our next local ADD, AD/HD meeting and receive a free new member packet for parents, adults or educators after completing an application
3. ONLINE!! Sign up today on the Membership section of the CHADD National website with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by a secure transaction.
4. MAIL!! If you prefer, you can download our membership enrollment form. Then simply fill it out and drop in the mail and you're on your way! (Please note that the form is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file - you must have the Acrobat Reader to be able to view and print it)
