Monthly meetings are open to the public and are free of charge. To try to make our meetings accessible to more people, we are launching a lunch meeting program in alternating months this year. Please check the schedule at right carefully!

We know that AD/HD does not take holidays off, so we’re hosting a pair of support group-style get-togethers in December and January.
